The Top Architecture Schools in the Country

Each year, research organization DesignIntelligence surveys thousands of industry professionals and students to determine the top architecture schools in the U.S. Based on this data, Architectural Record published the 2017 results for the best programs across the country, with Cornell University nabbing the top spot for undergraduate studies (for the third year in a row) and Harvard University for graduate studies (for the sixth year in a row). “It’s kind of amazing that there were no big surprises,” DesignIntelligence editor in chief James Cramer told Architectural Record of this year’s results, in which eight of ten schools in both levels of study were also named in the 2016 report. “I call it steady and strong and fairly consistent.” For the top ten rankings, plus information about the survey’s research methodology, visit architecturalrecordom.
