Jared Leto may have played the Joker in Suicide Squad, but when it comes to real estate, he's a serious player. Leto recently re-listed a home that he bought in 2006 for $1.995 million, reports Trulia . The four-bedroom, three-bath house was built in 1955 and spans 4,020 square feet. Outside, there is tropical landscaping, a pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit . The home also boasts a music studio, which the actor used with his band 30 Seconds to Mars. We know where Leto is calling home now: The actor bought a much larger and more luxurious $5 million residence in Laurel Canyon that used to be a military base.
